When i compile and debug my project (Shift-F9), i get consistently get the "focus-shifting" effect. Ie. the focus keeps changing between debug tool window and the progress dialog (which is attempting to hide itself).

This consistently happens when the progress dialog pops up and is trying to close while the debug window is open.

I have my debug window open on my second monitor (although, it doesn't make a difference if the debug window was open or not when Shift-F9 was pressed).

I remember this situation in an older version of IDEA, i thought this issue was resolved in the latest EAP. I noticed it again roughly about 2 EAP builds ago.
